Premier League 1st Grade
vs St Columbas 2 - 1 win
Played well this week with only a few people not available this week. With the squad looking the strongest it has for weeks we were confident of a win. We started the game well and held most of the possesion and dominated throughout the game with a goal from Warwick in the first half gave us confidence to take the win. A goal from Samer in the second half showed that we kept up the pressure on st Columbus. An unfortunate own goal (thanks Craig) gave st Columbus a goal but great play from the hole team made sure that that was the only chane they would get. Great play from everyone
Under 14
vs Auburn FC 3 - 1 win
The best performance of the season so far with some fantasic goals scored. We were a few players down for the game but the team worked well from back to the front and passing was top class.
Every player xcelled and if we continue to play like this we will finish the season strong.
Player of match - Michael
Under 7
vs OLOR/St Angela's 9 - 1 win
The Under 7's started with an early goal which soon fired our opposition into a goal scoring opportunity. Our first goal against us since the very early rounds. We managed to get to 3 : 1 by half time and hit the uprights numerous times. They had a great goalkeeper first half.
The second half saw us re-organise our team a little and this brought a further 6 goals to us, nil to OLOR and even more hits to the uprights.
Great effort & some strong tackling and determined goals. One touch each half to our Goalies.
Under 10
vs Guildford McCredie 2 - 0 lose
It was good to keep momentum from last weeks win. Team played well with some good defence and quick attacks just could not find the net which was a shame as we controlled much of the ball.
Remember to be at ground 30mins before kick off so coach does not have a heart attack before the game.Player of Match Steve

Under 6
vs Auburn FC
Had an off week due to holidays. Some good passages of play but just was not enough.
RCN Reserves
vs St Patricks 2 - 1 loss
Reserves started the game slowly, trying to play too direct through the middle of the field. Halfway through the first half the midfielders started playing balls out through to the left. Pete Dearth and Kumar combined well to put the team into space a number of times. Finally Dave Colburt spotted another excellent run from Kumar to put the team ahead 1-0. The boys toiled hard for the rest of the game but the opposition found 2 very lucky goals.

Game played on Sunday 20th June
Under 14
vs Greystanes 2 - 1 lose
Wenty started the game asleep and didnt really look like they wanted to play and we conceeded 2 goals within the first 20 mins of the game.
The 2nd half was a completely different story. Wenty came out a like a different team about 10 minutes into the second half trav ran onto a Nino through ball and got the vital touch before the keeper took him out to win a penalty which trav finished with confidence. we had a couple of close chances after that, but the game stayed 2-1.
Another good game from harvey who was our m.o.m on saturday and ben played great and was our man of the match for this game.
Player of Match Ben well done
Under 7
vs St Bernadette's 8 - 0 win
St Bernadettes looked quite intense in their warm-up and we only had 5 players a minute prior to kick-off.
The team finally achieved our full Six at kick-off and we played in the opposing half for most of the first half. Our keeper only touched the ball once and that was a foot clearance from 6 metres outside his area. Solid attack from Karthik & Gabrielle (amazing new use of the left foot) provided three goals in the first half.
Our defence of Raymond, Jonathan and Avneil kept St Bernadettes struggling to get any momentum.
The Second half saw Jean-Luc as Striker with plenty of ball and 4 goals added to our tally and quite a few near misses. Avneil in goals (2nd Half)was touchless again while Raymond and Jonathan continued to impress with constant control of the ball, and then, delivery to the forwards that had the opposition constantly chasing and chasing again.
Well done Team

vs Lidcombe Churches 8 - 0 win
Great performance by all players after a two week break. Our keeper didn't have to touch the ball. Scoring was shared around by 3 players and the team is working well and not just relying on 1 or 2 players everyone is helping out to get the good results.

Played really well given the number of players we had to work with. Showed some good teamwork and passing. Other team even commented that if we had a full team we would have been a strong team to play against. Lets hope we get a full team to the games and show the competition what we can do.

After a slow start to the match and some good chances made by opposition. A well deserved goal by Matthew L gave Wenty the lead late in first half. Second half started well we created a lot of chances but could not score then Matthew L scored 2 very good goals his third for the game was a screaming header from a corner lovely finish. And finally Matthew B got on the score sheet a gain with a beautiful goal after many weeks of trying.
A great team effort by all well done

Boys tried hard and have tried all season just cant get the result but will not stop trying. Still in need of players for team.
RCN Reserves
vs Parra Salvos won 5-2
We had a convincing win this week against Parramatta Salvation Army. The game started well, with Reserves dominating in attack for the first ten minutes. Unfortunately, we couldn't put a goal in the back of the net. Lindsay was unlucky not to score off a penalty kicking it wide. Mark Colburt put us up 1 nil, but Salvos bounced back with a long range goal. With a nice individual effort, Mark put away another goal. With a lapse in our midfield and defence Salvos were able to lock it up 2-2 at half time. The second half brought new life into the team, with a much better passing game and a disciplined perfomance saw goals from Mark (well done on the hatrick), Phil and Baker. Well done boys! It shows if we play a simple passing game, we are a threat to the rest of the competition.

Same score as reserves just different result. Conceding soft goals by players not marking up and also not being able to score chances we create means we dont win the games we should win.
Premier League 1st Grade
vs Lidcombe Churches 3 - 1 lose
Being 1-1 with about 5mins to go score line flatters the opposition. Game was much closer and we should have walked away with a point. Just need to concentrate for the full 90mins and have our first choice eleven available and results might start to change in our favour.
Premier League Reserves
vs Lidcombe Churches 3 - 0
We just dominated with a two spectacular goals, one from the sideline from ben and the other hammered in from outside the 18 yard line from dan... lots of other chances, could have easily been 5 nil. Thanks to 1st grade players that helped out. Bring on next week.
